Molecular Water for Injection System(WFI)

MOLECULAR Water for Injection System, is a complete solution for producing water for Injection (WFI) including pre-treatment, RO, EDI and multiple effect distillation machine etc. We also provide pure steam generator for option. We always use sanitary construction features such as double tubesheets, condenser exchanger, sloped piping and low point drains, minimum dead legs, and sanitary connections to meet the latest GMP requirements.

1. Distilled water bacterial endotoxins content≤0.06 Eu/ml.
2. Consumption for cooling water is "0", ensuring zero discharge.
3. It is a kind of environment-friendly equipment which is energy-saving and emission reduction.
4. First effect evaporator, preheater, condensor all adopt double-tube sheet structure to avoid cross contaimination.
5. Inner surface touched by raw water, pure steam and injection water is to be treated with electrochmeical polishing.
